Our dedicated team is ready to guide you at each stage—from our first consultation to the final installation. Whether your focus is on remodeling your kitchen or bathroom or you’re gearing up for an entire home renovation or addition, we’re committed to bringing your vision alive and making the process easy.

Our 10-Step Process

Reach Out To Us

Send us pictures and fill out our online form to see what your project involves and determine if we're a good fit.

2.

Phone Consultation

We'll contact you to learn more about what you like, dislike, and your vision for your project. This consultation is also an opportunity to discuss our process with you.

3.

In-Home Consultation

We'll inspect your space during this consultation and discuss your project specifics. We'll also consult on details like (hardware, colors, etc.) and how those will impact your space. This consultation has a fee, so we can spend the time we need to understand your project and ensure we meet your needs.

4.

In-Home Contract Review & Signing

We review your selections, project phases, and design and ensure everything fits within your budget. Then we sign your contract and schedule your start date.

5.

Project Preparations

Now we order your materials and prepare for the start of your project.

6.

Pre-Job Walkthrough

We confirm your scope of work and clearly communicate with the entire team so everyone understands what you want. This step ensures that everyone involved is on the same page for your project and no changes have occurred between ordering the materials and starting your project.

7.

Protect Your Home

On your project start date, we lay down floor protection and tape off any areas not involved in your project with plastic. Your home will stay as clean as possible, keeping everyone happy and healthy and protecting your investment.

8.

We Get To Work

While in your home, we'll care for it like it's our own. We'll take photos as we go and send you text messages so you can see your dream becoming a reality.

9.

We Clean Up

We want you to walk into your new space with a fresh start, so we clean up your home, and it's ready to enjoy immediately.

10.

Post-Job Walkthrough

We walk through your new space to ensure everything looks great. We'll address any issues so you're thrilled with the outcome.

Follow-Up

Even after completing your project, we'll check in at 3 months, 6 months, and 1 year to ensure you still love your space. If there are any problems, we will take care of them.

Warranty

We back up our work with a 5-year labor warranty. Enjoy knowing we'll be there for you in the future.

Contractor came in and did a great job repairing and upgrading after a plumbing incident lett us with major water damage to our recently-remodeled kitchen. We especially appreciated that they were able to perform the work while minimizing the need to remove hardwood cabinets and avoiding removal of breakable granite counter tops. We recomend Houghton with no hesitation.

He removed all the old ones and replaced it with new ones. It had to be replaced as it had all gone bad. I have 35 windows in my house. He was very professional. He did a really good job at a fair price. It was quite an expense. He also promised to paint the doors. He came back and took care of things. I thought it was remarkable that he followed up. Everything went well. He also cleaned up after himself, and left no mess. I was satisfied with the quality of his work. My overall experience with him was very good.
