As a Build and Design/Build company, we can provide a high level of comfort for a client knowing that they can rely
on one entity to provide any aspect of the construction process. There are
several progressive steps to completing a quality design. During the 1st stage
our architect or designer will design concepts that will get you zoning or
planning approvals if they are required. Once the approvals have been received,
the development of design will be completed to meet the needs and requirements
of the client. After completion of this phase, the construction document phase
will be implemented and carried through until permits have been received.
